5/6/2008 Fishing from boat below the dam has been good. The Corps is releasing water below the ft. randall dam pretty much all day. Walleye fishing up on the lake has been slow to fair in 8' of water with a jig and minnow. Walleyes are in the latter part of there spawn now.
